The front door and entryway should always set an inviting tone. In this home improvement project in Woodvale, the clients wanted to wow their guests when they first glance at their property. Aside from that, they also wanted to brighten their home and let natural light in. To deliver, we added huge glass windows as well as glass doors framed with wood. That window replacement really did the trick since it matched the splendid view of the garden which enhances the overall ambience of the space.
Aside from those, the property was also extended to the front elevation as the client had no problem with setbacks to the boundary. We built a garage, a portico to the main entry and extended two bedrooms as well as creating a larger entry space. We combined Florentine face brick with cream render corbels to give the front of the property a new face lift. We removed the old dated roof tiles and replaced them with a new colour bond roof. The garage door had a timber look finish which matched the new 1200mm wide Pivot entry door.
